Beginnings

Welcome to my blog! I've been dabbling in all sorts of internet coolness since beginning GSLIS this past September and this is just one manifestation of that interest. Other things I've been doing is creating a personalized Google homepage, tagging at del.icio.us, and cataloging my library online at LibraryThing. When I get some free time, I'll write more about why I'm involving myself in these new internet technologies (which are examples of Web 2.0). Also, I'll be posting stuff about my life, to keep my friends and family up-to-date--because it seems like I don't get enough time to tell them everything that I've been busying myself with.
